Our family guide will be collected at your hotel lobby and you will be taken to the local market where the guide will give you a comprehensive explanation of local Vietnamese ingredients for your cooking class. Then transferring to Cam Thanh water coconut village. Learn about the daily life of Vietnamese fishermen, their families and their community. Board on boat and commence cruising on the Cua Dai River. Join in local fisherman on the river and experience on round net

or cast net. Learn how to paddle the Vietnamese unique bamboo basket boat. Explore the now tranquil coconut-palm flanked waterways of a past war and hear of

the extreme conditions endured by soldiers of both sides.

On arrival you will visit out garden at our restaurant. Our chefs have prepared a 3 course cooking class of traditional Vietnamese dishes. They will demonstrate how to prepare them, and then it's your turn-you prepare your own tasty Vietnamese lunch!! We start with a Vietnam tea water or mineral water to whet your appetite.
